Welcome to FiveDraft
By accessing or using FiveDraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Service Overview
FiveDraft is a web-based screenwriting application. We provide tools for writing, formatting, and managing screenplays. We do not claim any ownership rights over the content you create using our service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of FiveDraft require a paid subscription ("Pro Studio"). By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated. Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all your ownership rights in your screenplays. FiveDraft does not monitor, review, or use your private scripts.
Our Service: The FiveDraft service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of FiveDraft.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the FiveDraft platform. This includes attempting to disrupt our servers, exploiting vulnerabilities, or using the service to distribute malicious software.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
