Our 14-Day Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with FiveDraft Pro Studio. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to FiveDraft Pro Studio and find it doesn't meet your needs, you are eligible for a full refund of your current billing cycle within 14 days of your latest charge. Please note that refunds only apply to the current month's subscription fee, and we cannot issue refunds for previous months already used.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@fivedraft.com using the email address associated with your account. Include your order number or the date of purchase. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are typically not provided after the 14-day window has passed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to our support team.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless it falls within the 14-day guarantee period.
5. Account Status After Refund
Once a refund is issued, your account will immediately revert to the Free tier. Any scripts created beyond the free tier limits will become read-only.
